I'll bet she's done the two-step a million miles!Vickie Vance Gotta Dance, Mark Chestnutt Howdy! Welcome to my Dance Hall Page. I thought I should tell you a little about myself. Some of my favorite singers are Merle Haggard, Chris LeDoux, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Mark Chestnutt, Waylon Jennings, the Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Ian Tyson, Patty Loveless, Wade Hayes, ... but I'd really rather be on the dance floor two-stepping to a humble dance band with a fiddle and a pedal steel guitar than at a concert any time! Learning to dance has added a whole new dimension to the music for me.
For me, there's nothing better than the sound of a western swing fiddle. Maybe it's in my Oklahoma bloodlines... my great grandpa walked all the way from Iowa to the Oklahoma Cherokee Strip carrying his gun and his fiddle 100 years ago.
