This is the type of horse everyone is looking for and no one wants to let go of. Rocky does is all and is as safe as you will ever find. He is honest and gauges his rider’s ability. Rocky has been used in all aspects of ranch work and is well started on the heel side. I purchased Rocky to put on the barrels and run and he did not disappoint! He is running a solid pattern and is ready to haul. He also knows poles and while the video included isn’t the best because of shallow ground, he absolutely LOVES them!! Rocky is handy broke and will ride with anything or nothing in his mouth. He has ZERO buck, bolt, bite, rear, etc. He is safe no matter how long he sits and just wants to please. Rocky is good turned out with other horses but is truly a people person. He will meet you at the gate and follow you around like a puppy dog for some scratches. Rocky does absolutely everything a good horse should; stands quiet for farrier, loads, stands tied, goes on the walker, leads on the mule, ponies and can be ponied, goes through water, is traffic safe, carries a flag, and so on. I have dropped his price ONLY because my arena isn’t done and I have nowhere to ride currently without hauling a good distance away. I am offering several personal horses for that reason. I know I’m going to regret it but with a 1 year old, traveling just isn’t as easy as it used to be. Rocky will be someone’s absolute pride and joy! Feel free to call anytime.
