Mariposa Lilly aka Posy, is a gorgeous 2007 15.2h bay registered Hungarian Warmblood mare covered in chrome. She’d make some lovely babies. Posy was born and raised on our farm. She has been there and done it all: dressage, jumping, and trails. She’s had her day and had fun with it, but now we’re looking to find a breeding home for her. She has some solid, reputable bloodlines to consider. To no fault of her own, Posy had some tmj injections gone wrong that basically ended her riding career early. It damaged some type of nerve to when she eats grain, she’ll randomly be thrown into a muscle spasm of the face of some sort. Currently she’s not had an episode since we stopped feeding grain. She can have hay and watered down pellets if desired just fine, with no issues. Because of this unfortunate event, she no longer is suited for riding and having any bits in her mouth. She has a very sweet personality on the ground. Super lovey and level headed to handle. She’s turned out in a herd and is on the lower end of the pecking order, but her dominant side will be shown with a new horse who comes by (on the other side of the fence)! She’s more talk than walk I’d say. She holds her own for being on the smaller side. She’s yet to be a mom, but she’d be a great one. Her personality is super special with lots of love to give!
