Louis wins all around best boy award! He's 5yo TB who never raced or race trained. He's an all around saint. He can trail ride on buckle in group after week off with not even a blink. He has competed Beginner Novice eventing and placed 7th, as well as some YEH 5yo classes. He's perfect in warm up, not spooky or horse shy- just does his thing. Has been a perfect angle for longe line lessons and xrails. He jumps in good form without hesitation or spook. His canter is still weak and needs to develop balance, but he has a nice rhythmic trot. He's easy to ride on the bit but lazy in the canter. I can't say enough good things about his attitude towards his job and his people! Would be excellent pony club horse, 1st show horse, or husbands trail horse!
Sound with great looking feet. Was barefoot when I got him and very sturdy. He has 1 funky navicular xray which looks to be an old injury, not classic navicular syndrome. Has slight roar which shouldn't affect his career. He's a useful horse for someone to learn on and should be appreciated for that.
