Tessa is a 2014 Black Warlander mare. She is 50% PRE Andalusian and 50% Friesian. She is sired by Multi National Champion PRE stallion VA Manolete's Hijo Amado. Her dam is the Star Friesian mare Alyt P. Tessa has been a wonderful mare who has had some exceptional foals for us. Her first foal Traveler was sired by Sjoerd the Most decorated Friesian Stallion in North America with over 74 World Championships. Traveler was sold to Alaska where he stood at stud.

Tessa Is an easy keeper, very nice to work with. She has been handled her whole life and is easy to bath, catch, lead, tie, load and trailer. Tessa has no health issues, excellent bare feet, and a good broodmare for both live cover and AI. She has not been started under saddle but would be easy to.

She is sold in foal to our Imported Friesian Stallion. The foal will be Homozygous Black.
