Remington is a talented 7 year old Friesian Cross schooling training level, lateral buttons started. He is safe on the street or on trails.
Remington has looks, personality, patience and kindness for his rider. He is best suited for someone with some experience. He has a lot of forward motion. He isn’t hot though. He would be perfect for an amateur, or could be taken up the levels with a professional. He learns quickly, is very eager to please and will perform in any discipline.
Remington is a joy to be around on the ground to tack or bathe. He loves to be groomed, stands for the farrier, loads in the trailer like a gentleman and can stand tied for as long as you need him to. He gets along with all of the other horses.
His very compact frame and deep hock give him excellent potential for collected work. He has an easy to sit stride and is ideal for a petite adult amateur.
Right now we are working on relaxation and swing through the back to encourage a longer stride.
He is full of potential and looking for a person to call his own. Come pick this boy up and take him anywhere! Dressage, 4H, trails, you name it!
