Buddy is a gorgeous sorrel john colt and the first foal from our paint mare Jolene. Buddy has a great disposition like his mom and is brave and curious, smart as a whip, and as friendly as a Lab puppy. As you can see from the photos he has excellent confirmation and gorgeous red coloring topped off with a bright white star on his forehead. Buddy is the whole package and then some! He’s been handled and imprinted extensively since birth and will be halter trained, pick up his feet and trained to load to trailer.

The dam, Jolene, 15.1hh, is a true no drama momma with a calm and sweet personality. She is a stunning registered paint mare with excellent confirmation and strong quarter horse lineage. The sire is the amazing American Mammoth Jack, Lake Nowhere Judah standing at 15hh. Given Buddy's genetics we expect him to mature at 15+ and make a fine riding mule.

We screen all potential buyers to make sure our fouas go to excellent homes, and look for buyers with mule and/or foal experience that can provide an excellent and committed home. We ask for a $1,000 non-refundable deposit due to change of heart to hold a foal until weaning, and the foal’s balance must be paid within 60 days unless another payment plan has been arranged.
