I am leaving the country and my wonderful Gentleman Teller is sadly for sale. We are traveling from CO to Az to CA so come meet him along the way! He is the dream boat. While only 14.2 he can pack a 6 foot + 250lb complete beginner person easily or take a 100 lb little old lady on a mountain trail (he's done both). He is the one horse you can use for everything and I have! Want a cheeseburger? Ride through the drive through with Teller as your partner in crime and get a milkshake too! Need to make new friends? People literally run out of their houses and stop me in the road to gush about Teller when I am driving him. He adores driving and is smooth on my wrecked back to go around the neighborhood in. Go up the gnarliest mountain trail in Arizona or Colorado? No problem. Cliffy? Perfect. Pack your friend in the arena and show them fancy buttons? Yes! Teller has beautiful gaits for western dressage, dressage, working equitation, breed shows and more. He has a lot of stamina and is light so you don't have to work hard, just think what you want. He has a slow comfy jog I ride bareback, an upright gorgeous trot and a canter you could sit all day and laugh with joy over. He does shoulder in, shoulder fore, half passes, traverse, collected and extended sitting and posting trot and canter. He can pack beginners under supervision but I will NOT SELL him to a beginner home because he has so many buttons and deserves the best and absolutely loves natural horsemanship/ the bond that comes with being with a experienced horse person. He tries his huge heart out in everything I do (which is so so much). He has been trail ridden in several states, in the mountains and the deserts and is easy to take horse camping. He hops in and out of the trailer. He doesn't care about riding alone or if you take all of his herd mates out of pasture. Big or small groups are no problem. He does not give a hoot about: hikers with backpacks or walking sticks, motorcycles, runners, bikers, giant trucks with exhaust brakes on blowing by us, 40 idiot tour de France wanna bes flying by us, elk, deer, leaving group ride, ATVs or pretty much anything out there (see videos). This is truly one in a million horse who I might add is impeccably bred and I can't believe he was gelded he is such fantastic quality in mind, confirmation and movement. While he is not an in your pocket pushy horse he is right outside your bubble waiting for snuggles and hugs (he hugs with his neck). He loves to be brushed and loved on. I'm not great at hair maintenance. He is very easy to care for and is an easy keeper. His feathers and mane aren't hard to care for. He gets along with everyone and comes running in the pasture when I call him. He is an absolute joy. I will let you know if you are a good fit. I will not let him go to someone who won't enjoy him. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY! This boy needs to go to the very best home who is ready to buy their dr
