We purchased Lolita as a weanling in 2019 and have started her slowly and correctly. We first worked on ground manners and desensitization, progressing to where she is today as a well-started four-year-old ready to go in any direction. Lolita has been to off-site trail rides at James River State Park, fox chasing where she was exposed to hounds and hunting at casting. She has also attended a small local schooling show where she swept the ground poles division, bringing home only blue ribbons. She is brave and rides the same in the arena as she does in the field or on the trail. Lolita rides both English and Western, working from a strong foundation of extensive ground work. She is confidently going w/t/c, has a great stop, and the beginnings of a strong turn around. We foresee Lolita continuing to develop into a great multi-discipline prospect including but not limited to: ranch work, trail, foxhunting, obstacle challenges, games, and mounted shooting.
