Cody is a super mellow and friendly well bred AQHA registered 4 year old Bay Roan Dun. He stands at 14.3 hands and his striking bay roan coat with dorsal stripe and zebra striped legs make him stand apart from the herd.
He was started in Canada by the man who foaled and raised him from day one and that extra touch really shows in his friendliness and how much he likes to be around people. We’ve had Cody for a year while we waited for him to grow up a little bit and during that time he’s been out on trail, through water, in the arena, and around the ranch. He picks up both leads, side passes, works a gate, and is a solid citizen on for a horse of his age on trail, either alone or with other horses. Cody loves having a job to do and would get along really well with an intermediate rider or a beginner with a trainer. Because he’s a young horse we recommend a home that can provide him with consistent riding to keep him in shape and living up to his potential.
Cody is such a pet - he runs up to you in pasture or greets you in the stall and can easily be caught by the kids.
Cody has been pre-vet checked and is up to date on vaccines, teeth, worming, and farrier. No maintenance.
